Cobra Billet Cylinder Head Kit
Nick named “The Ice Cube”. This head was
developed and designed exclusively by Heath
Racing. There are several benefits to this
product. #1, it allows the engine to run
much cooler. This is especially important
at the end of the race, because these
engines build heat and as a result, lose
power and “fade”. Three ways this product
combats heat: 1) Much bigger
water jackets allowing more coolant
to carry heat away from where it is
generated. 2) Built from a
high quality material, billet
aluminum, which dissipates heat better than
the stock cast aluminum cylinder head. 3)
Heat sink engineered into product that pulls
heat away from engine which is thus carried
away by the air passing by.
We are offering this kit with our custom
cylinder head insert that has a specially
designed combustion chamber. Also included
are bigger
cylinder head studs and higher
quality flange head nuts. This kit is
available as a
two piece design for the 50, 60, 65,
& 70cc engines. It comes as a one piece
design for the 75, 80, & 90cc engines.

Cobra Swingarm
Cobra Lightweight Chromoly Swingarm was developed
for the racers that couldn't get the reliability out
of the stock unit, but didn't want the added weight
of the after-market units available. The NEW
version is the lightest yet! This swingarm
is 100% Chromoly and is tig welded. It is
reinforced so it is much stronger than the stock
swingarm and also weighs in at over 1.5 lbs lighter
than the stock swingarm. The shock mount is also
much sturdier than the stock units stamped steel
mount.
We are so confident in the quality and workmanship
of this product, that we are offering one year free
repair or replacement.

Cobra Quick Change
Sprocket Hub
Cobra Quick Change
Sprocket Hub was designed to make easier changing in
rear sprockets on all Cobra quads. This hub
will relocate the sprocket to the front side of the
hub so there is no longer any need to remove the hub
to change the sprocket. The hub also has studs
installed instead of bolts. Therefore, all you have
to do is remove the four bolts that attached the
sprocket to the hub. It's made out of aircraft
grade aluminum so it is both stronger and lighter
than the stock Cobra hub. We also have available
split sprockets designed especially for this hub to
make changing gears a breeze on the Cobra
quads. These come with machined aluminum finish or
can be anodized or powdercoated with your choice of
color for an additional charge. This is a Heath
Racing exclusive item and you will not find this
from Cobra Motor Manufacturing or any other Cobra
dealer.
